By using the Gezel app ("Gezel", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Gezel. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with others.
You agree not to use Gezel to:
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
You own the content you post to Gezel (Zellies, messages, avatars). By posting, you grant Gezel a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service. You can delete your content at any time by deleting the relevant Zellie or your account.
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these terms, use the in-app report function. You can also block any user to prevent them from interacting with you. We review reports and take action at our discretion.
Gezel is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees about uptime or uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gezel is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Gezel and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Gezel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
